Balloon Caddis

This is a fly originally designed by the famous Austrian fly tyer Roman Moser. This is a fast and simple fly to tie but is deadly effective. The Baloon Caddis represents and emerging sedge. The Balloon caddis is a great fly for a dry dropper rig, it's easy to see and hard to sink.

Hook- FM 5050

Thread- Tan Veevus 14/0

Abdomen- Insect Green Dubbing

Thorax- Tan Dubbing

Wing- Bleached Elk Hair

Head- Yellow Fly Foam
