Shipping & returns

The bottom line is we want long term, happy customers.

If you receive a product that does not meet with your expectations please let us know. We will replace, repair, or refund any purchase made in our shop or on-line store. Please return items in the original packaging along with instructions outlining your wishes and your contact information. Return shipping is not refundable. Replacement items will be shipped at no charge.

 

Only products that are returned in new, unused condition can be exchanged or refunded. Refunds can only be issued to the account that purchased the items. Returns requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. Items purchased as gifts will be given a grace period on this policy, just give us a call. There will be no refunds or cash payouts on Gift Cards.

 

Used, broken, or mostly destroyed products will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair at no additional cost. Normal handling fees added by the manufacturers will apply. Please call for more information on warranties and manufacturer's policies.

 

Orders placed for items listed as available ship within three business days. If you need faster service because you're leaving on a fishing trip, just call. We'll do our best to get it to you in plenty of time.

 

We do NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US.

 

Remember, there is no sales tax in Oregon!

We offer free shipping for up to 20lbs. on domestic orders over $50. Oversized items like boats and float tubes qualify for discounted shipping. Please call the shop for a shipping quote.

 

If you need to return an item for any reason, please call the shop for a return authorization to ensure proper tracking of your return. After receiving your order, you have 15-days to request a return authorization.
