Royal Treatment Fly Fishing, located on the banks of the mighty Willamette River in West Linn, Oregon, is looking to expand its team of fly fishing specialists. We are a full-service retail fly shop featuring the best brands in the industry, such as Simms, Skwala, Winston, Scott, Sage, GLoomis, Echo, Nautilus, Shilton, Abel, Ross, Hardy, Lamson, Fishpond, Outcast, and more, serving a large community of dedicated anglers.

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience fly fishing northwest streams, lakes, and ocean estuaries for Salmon, Trout, and Steelhead, plus a working knowledge of travel destinations for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, and other saltwater species. Proficiency in fly tying, Spey casting, Euro-style angling, and traditional single-hand casting is a requirement.

Applicants with a background in retail customer service, point of sale systems, eCommerce, SEO, creative writing, and social media will be given first consideration.
