Tyer's Table with Bryan Cohen
Capacity: Not Set (0% booked)
The crowd may be chasing Steelhead as winter rains swell our waterways, but our fly tying family is still focusing on Trout flies and the Euro nymph craze. We haven't seen this much interest in a style of tying since the Chubby. With the flood of new hooks, beads, resins, and other materials, tyers have a fresh pallet to create from and they are taking full advantage.
One notable feather twister who has jumped feet first into this style is our very own Bryan Cohen. Many of you have Bryan's flies in your box as he is one of our custom tyers that provides the shop with patterns you won't find anywhere else. Bryan is meticulous in his craft and his patterns are proven fish foolers. This week, we get to see some of Bryan's newest creations as he visits the Tyer's Table to share a variety of his original patterns. If you don't want to tye your own, simply turn around to pick a few out of the fly bins.
Bryan filled in for Skip Lynch a few weeks ago as the power went out in the Valley, but is making a return this Saturday, January 4th, at 10:30.
