Enjoy this kind women’s fly fishing instructional day where you will learn the basics of fly fishing including; knot tying, rod selection, setting up rod and reel, entomology, how to read water, fly fishing etiquette and more. Not a lecture, this workshop is completely hands on!
8:30 to 9:00 am – Meet and greet at Royal Treatment Fly Fishing, including coffee and pastries. Instruction and practice starts at 9:00
After Lunch – Fly casting instruction...outside, so dress according to the weather!
No need to bring anything! All gear, breakfast, and lunch are provided. If you have a fly rod and want to bring it, please do. J. Michelle will look it over with you, and you can choose to work with it, or one of the rods we provide, if you choose.
Cost per student is $60.00

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Ages 13 and up are welcome.
If I own a rod or reel, should I bring it?
We have rods and reels for use, but if you have your own equipment, feel free to bring it!
